Steve & Belva Kotlarczyk
Steve & Belva are missionaries with SEND International and served in Tokyo, Japan for the past 41 years. They grew up in Belleville. Both Steve and Belva keep busy with various ministries including personal evangelism and lending a hand at their church. Belva teaches English classes. They have also been busy ministering to those affected by the earthquake and tsunami that hit Japan.
