What to Expect

What You Will Find Visiting Bethany Bible Church

We would love for you to visit us!

Our weekly Sunday service and Wednesday night activities are open to everyone. Come as you are, experience the power of the Gospel, and get plugged into one of our many groups.

What to Expect on Sundays

9:45AM | Sunday School

Our 9:45AM discipleship hour is for all ages. We provide topical classes for kids, students, and adults that rotate throughout the year.

Kindergarten through 5th Grade kids gather in the Daycare Great Room for their class, while Adult Bible Fellowships are held in various classrooms within our worship center.

11:00AM | Sunday Worship Service

Our Sunday worship gathering is centered on the act of worship – we worship through praying, singing, giving, preaching, and applying God’s Word to our lives. Our choir and congregational singing are mainly comprised of contemporary music, and our sermons are mostly “expository”. (We expose and explain what the Scriptures are saying by teaching a specific text of the Bible – often one book of the Bible at a time).

Dress attire ranges from casual to business and everything in between, but our focus is on worshipping God and not what you wear.

We do take an offering each week as part of our Christian worship. Please know that we do not ask (or expect) our guests to participate in giving. Our desire for you as a guest is to have a blessed and enjoyable visit.

When you are ready to come visit us, you can refer to these directions on Google Maps and park anywhere in our east and west lots when you arrive.

Is Bethany accessible? How can I request accommodations?

We want to provide a safe and accessible environment for everyone. Our entrances are wheelchair accessible and our greeters would be happy to assist you with any needs you may have.

For more specific requests, you are welcome to contact us so we can know how to best serve you.

Where are you located and where do I park?

We are located at 810 E. Huron River Drive: (Google Maps Directions)

When you arrive, you are welcome to park in our East or West lots.

How early should I get there?
We recommend you plan on arriving 15 minutes before our Sunday service or Wednesday activities start. That will give you time to park, check your kids into their programs, and grab a cup of coffee before the service begins. Also, we’d love to meet you and start getting to know you!
What should I wear?
Dress attire at Bethany Bible Church ranges from casual to formal and everything in between. Our primary focus is on worshiping God – not what you wear.
Who leads the weekly kids' programs?
Our programs are designed to provide your child with age-appropriate teaching, music, and fun activities that introduce them to Jesus Christ and what it means to follow Him.
All of our children’s programs are led by approved staff and volunteers who will be there each week to care for and love on your child. Our volunteers are required to take a child safety course and have had background checks. We also utilize a check-in system that ensures a safe environment for your child and efficient drop-off and pick-up for parents.

On Sundays, Kid’s Ignite is our K-5th grade program that children are dismissed to during the worship service (except on Family Worship Sunday which takes place on the 1st Sunday each month).

What if I want to learn more about Bethany?
If you’re interested in learning more about who we are, please join us for our next Discovering BBC Class. In it, we will cover the history, purpose, strategy, and structure of Bethany Bible Church. This class is required for membership, but also a great place for new attenders to learn more about us without becoming members.
Psalm 95:6
Oh come, let us worship and bow down; let us kneel before the Lord, our Maker!
