Planning Center Services Support
For Volunteers
Hi volunteers!
In order to view and sign up for volunteer positions, you will need to log into the Services mobile app or webpage. If you have volunteered previously, you already have a login with Planning Center.
Once you are logged in, you will be able to build your schedule and select your volunteer dates.
You can also quickly view your schedule in the church center app by clicking on your profile “upper right” and then “my services”.
If you forget your password, follow the steps below to see how to easily change your password and be logged back in to Services without a hitch.
How to restore your Services password
1. Open the Services mobile app/webpage
2. If you have forgotten your password, simply click “need a password?”, located below the “login” button.
3. Enter your phone number or email
4. Enter the six-digit code sent to you
5. Create a new password
6. Select your volunteer dates!
