Marriage Mentoring at Bethany seeks to connect experienced married couples with less experienced couples for the purpose of encouraging, investing in and building godly marriages.
What does it look like?
Being paired with a Mentor Couple means meeting in a casual setting quarterly (4 times a year). These meetings might be over dinner or coffee, lunch after church or another informal outing. The emphasis is to build a relationship with another couple that can invest in your marriage by being an encouragement and resource to you and sharing their marriage and family experience.
Marriage Mentors are for those who have been married 10 years or less.
Serve as a Marriage Mentor
A marriage mentor is an experienced couple that intentionally invests in less experienced couples to build and maintain a healthy, godly marriage. This doesn’t mean that you have the perfect marriage or have all the answers. It simply means that you are willing to share the lessons you’ve learned in your life and marriage with another couple.
