11:00 am | Worship Service
A great time for a first visit is our 11:00 am worship gathering. You’ll find greeters and ushers ready to welcome and direct you around the facilities. We believe you will find Bethany to be a place of warmth and friendliness… and speaking of warmth, we usually have plenty of hot coffee in the front lobby.
Our Sunday worship gathering is centered on “worship”. We worship through praying, singing, giving, preaching, and applying God’s Word to our lives. Our choir and congregational singing are comprised of mostly a contemporary style of music, and our sermons are mostly “expository”. (We expose and explain what the Scriptures are saying by teaching a specific text of the Bible, often teaching through one book of the Bible at a time).
Our typical Sunday attendance is 300-400.
Dress attire ranges from casual to business and everything in between, but our focus is on worshipping God and not what you wear. Also, don’t worry about being asked to stand for any type of recognition… We don’t do that here. We won’t embarrass you. We’re just glad you’ve come to visit and worship with us!
We do take an offering each week as a normal part of our Christian worship. Please know that we don’t ask (or expect) our guests to participate in giving. Our desire for you as a guest is to have a blessed and enjoyable visit.
